As a registered nurse and trauma informed hypnotist, I work with individuals who sense that their challenges are more complex than a single diagnosis or symptom. Our thoughts, emotions, hormones, stress responses, and lived experiences are deeply connected, and meaningful change often requires an approach that honors the whole system rather than focusing on one part in isolation.
My work supports people navigating anxiety, chronic stress, confidence building, life transitions, and periods of change where old strategies no longer work. This includes individuals who feel blocked when trying to move forward, as well as women experiencing hormonally driven emotional patterns such as PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause.
Rather than forcing change, hypnotherapy offers a way to gently explore and break down internal barriers that can keep patterns in place, often without conscious awareness. This process supports greater emotional regulation, self trust, and confidence, allowing new responses and perspectives to emerge over time.
You do not need to be fixed, pushed, or overridden. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the process. Hypnotherapy is collaborative and consent based, and change unfolds through awareness, safety, and choice.
If you are curious about a trauma informed, whole person approach and wondering whether hypnotherapy might support you through change, I offer a free consultation. This is a space to ask questions, explore your goals, and decide whether working together feels like the right next step.
